I am a danish sound recordist who like to tinker with gear modification, coding and doohickey development in my basement. All of these products are homemade and came into existence because I wanted one for myself. I am always aiming to improve the products, low volume batches ensure you always get the latest version. Purchase process:
This is a normal online store with a cart and check out page. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. If the item was in stock, I will test, pack and ship as quickly as I can, usually within a day or two. If I am out of town for production for more than a couple of days, I will make a notification on the webpage. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a pdf invoice with shipping information from the webshop system. Some of these emails have ended up in people’s spam folders, so please be aware of that.

Generally using UPS express saver (usually 3-4 days to US, faster within EU)

I am not running away if something breaks or stops working within a year
Software updates
If you have purchased a mixer-specific controller from me and want to change the software to work with another mixer (or just a different set of channels), I can assist you in reflashing the unit. It is not difficult, but requires the use of a Windows PC.
Which controller to get
If you are often doing bag work with a high channel count and need instant tactile access to the extra channels, I recommend the TF6 (833) or TF8 (888)
If you mostly need control for two extra channels, ch 7-8 (833), ch 9-10 (888) or ch 13-14 (Scorpio) – but also want to be able to access some additional channels, I would recommend the TF2X for a smaller bag footprint.
If you never need control of any of the additional 8 series channels in a bag configuration, you probably don’t need an extension controller.
These controllers can either be permanently mounted some way or the other in a bag setup, in conjunction with another controller, or it can be stored away and only be pulled out when needed. There’s no setup process involved, the controllers are plug and play.
VAT
There’s no VAT on orders placed outside of EU. EU customers must enter a valid VAT number. If your VAT number does not validate, please check with the VIES validation system
UK customers must (sometimes?) use a special formatting GBXXX XXXX XX (with the gaps) for the validation to work.
