Please bare in mind, this is a homemade product, made to order, hand-soldered and 3D printed in my basement while the kids were asleep. It is not going to have the look and feel of the very expensive sound equipment we all use and love, but I am sure you will find it useful it anyways. I have taken some honest high resolution photos, so what you see is what you get.

Can I charge both my Track E’s and Sync E’s in this charger
No, they are not the same size, and the plug / LED placement makes this not possible. There’s one for Sync E as well
Are there any voltage protection circuits inside?
No, what’s inside is simply a parallel 4-way 5v splitter. The individual Tentacle units’ charging circuits take care of the actual charging/protection.
The charge indicator is at the bottom, how do I check the charge status?
I’ve built in an optical fiber light pipe that passes the charging indicator light to the front side of the unit. The lights are not very bright, partly on purpose (I don’t like bright LEDs in my hotel room)
Do I need a special wall charger?
No, any USB A output will work
Will it work as a hub for file transfer?
I agree that would be great, but it’s just a charger sorry
What’s the delivery time?
If the stock status says: “Green smiley face: XX in stock – available on backorder”:
That means I have parts laying around to make and ship yours within a week or so. I ship from Denmark
If the stock status just says: “Available on backorder”:
That means I am waiting on parts to arrive, and there will be a delay. I won’t promise anything, but usually parts arrive within 14 days. If I get overwhelmed with a bunch of orders at the same time, that delay might be longer. I will update this product page with status on batches.
What about shipping?
I ship from Denmark, that’s why shipping (overseas) is a bit pricey. Items usually arrive to US within 10 days, often sooner. EU 2-5 days
What is up with the tax
– Purchases made from US or outside of EU will have zero tax/VAT added, item price should be well below most customs thresholds ($800 for US) as well.
– Purchases made from inside of EU will have 25% danish VAT applied unless you provide your VAT no during checkout, then VAT is removed.
– For some countries like Norway and United Kingdom, there might be local import custom fees, I am not in control of that, and I don’t know anything about it either.
